Solar diversity in TV
The purpose of diverse hiring is to provide better services to a wider range of customers. This means speaking the languages the customer is most comfortable with, in addition to appearing in the places where the customers congregate. A big part of SouthWest Sun Solar’s initiatives is to penetrate these underrepresented markets and educate them on solar energy by appearing on community-specific TV channels.
